I cut open my second rock! I found it on the South Umpqua River after traveling down to Medford for the Pear Festival on the wrong weekend. I believe I was in the spot on the cover of Gem Trails of Oregon by Garrett Romaine.

hi nice to meet you you can call me Betty I cut my second Rock I found this rock on the South Umpqua River I had booked an Airbnb for my husband and I for the Pear Festival down in Medford Oregon I had planned it for like a year and um the Pear Festival was April 12th and 13th
my reservations were April 5th through the 8th so we completely missed the festival I’m pretty sure that the spot that I found this rock is the spot that is depicted on the front cover of Gem Trails of Oregon by Garrett Romaine I have the Third Edition that was published in 2008 cutting this second Rock was a lot
easier and my confidence is a lot higher now I have no idea what this rock is hopefully you can help me see you next time bye
